Land Development
Where dreams take root
Jacobs Well
Eastmountain has identified an opportunity to unlock approximately 650 new homes across a 60-hectare site immediately adjacent to the existing Jacobs Well township in the northern Gold Coast—one of its fastest-growing and economically significant areas.
While in the early stages of feasibility and concept planning, Eastmountain’s intention for this site is that it would be underpinned by principles of housing diversity, affordability, and superior design outcomes, which enhance the local amenities and complement existing and newly developed homes in the area.
Ripley Valley
Eastmountain has acquired 62 hectares of land in the Ripley Priority Development Area (PDA) to develop 660 residential lots over the next five years.
The project will feature single-family homes, townhouses and duplexes, supported by comprehensive infrastructure, utilities, and amenities, including parks, sports facilities, walking trails, and community centres. Emphasis will be placed on sustainability with green spaces and energy-efficient practices.
Surrounding developments like Stockland’s Providence community include extensive residential options, schools, parks, a town centre, and various retail and dining facilities. Local attractions feature natural reserves, educational institutions, healthcare centres, shopping, and recreational opportunities.
The development process involves compliance with local regulations, phased construction, and stakeholder engagement, aiming to stimulate economic growth and foster a vibrant community in Ripley.
Hinterland Forest (Sunshine Coast)
Eastmountain has acquired 99 hectares of land and is set to deliver 854 residential lots in Sunshine Coast Hinterland over the next ten years. The project will include single-family homes, townhouses and multi-family units, all connected by a strategic infrastructure network including high-speed internet.
Key amenities include parks, green spaces, playgrounds, sports facilities, walking and biking trails and community centres. Sustainability is prioritised with green spaces, energy-efficient construction and rainwater harvesting systems. The project aims to drive economic growth through job creation and boost local businesses.
Surrounding attractions include Hinterland Valley Golf & Tennis, Buderim Forest Park, the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, quality schools, medical centres, shopping and dining options, and recreational activities at nearby beaches. The planning process involves compliance with local regulations and stakeholder engagement, with development occurring in phases to ensure systematic growth and smooth resident transitions.
Flagstone Ridge
Eastmountain has acquired a significant 450-lot housing subdivision project in Greater Flagstone, aimed at accommodating the growing population in the area. This development will include a diverse mix of single-family homes, townhouses and multi-family units, all integrated with well-planned road networks and major transport connectivity.
Key features of the project include high-speed internet, parks, green spaces, playgrounds, sports facilities, walking and biking trails and community centres. Environmental sustainability is a priority, including green spaces, energy-efficient building practices and measures to minimise the environmental footprint.
The project is expected to drive economic growth through job creation and boost local businesses. Community development is also emphasised, with shared amenities fostering social interaction. Planning involves strict adherence to State Government regulations, environmental assessments and active stakeholder engagement. The development will likely be executed in phases, with a clear timeline for the completion of infrastructure and housing, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
